Hough You May Burn to Ash

Story:

While still in high school, Shinomiya Ryouma is working tirelessly to raise 1 billion yen for his sister's medical expenses. Would you risk your life for what you want, a mystery woman once asked him? He receives a ticket from her and is thereafter involved in a fatal collision. When he awakens, he discovers that he has been transformed into a girl and that he is taking part in a "game" in which a victory allows him to change his destiny but a defeat causes him to pass away immediately.
