Gunka no Baltzar

Story:

Glory is achieved over the roar of cannon fire, and the purpose of peacetime is to be ready for the next conflict. Balzer had little trouble advancing in rank as a soldier in a country with a strong military. His career, however, suddenly changes when he is appointed as an advisor at a military school in a nearby allying country. Can Major Balzer be able to prevail over the other troops, his charges, and the civilians despite having little military strength at his disposal, dealing with inexperienced students, and trying to quell hostility to firearms among the civilians?
